These terms apply to your use of this website. Cleaning services are supplied under the scope, pricing and service terms confirmed in your individual quote or service agreement.

We aim to keep this website accurate and current. General service descriptions are provided as a guide and do not form a binding quote or guarantee of availability.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a service booking. A booking is confirmed only after Rise & Shine Cleaning Team accepts the requested work and confirms the agreed scope, price and schedule.
Service standards and rectification
If an item within the agreed cleaning scope is missed, please notify us promptly and provide reasonable access so we can assess and, where appropriate, rectify the missed item at no additional charge. This does not cover work outside the agreed scope, pre-existing damage, permanent staining or results limited by the condition of a surface.
Intellectual property
The website copy, design, branding, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to Rise & Shine Cleaning Team and may not be reproduced without permission.
